The role, in plain English.

You close. That's it. Calendar Coordinator confirms and reschedules. Marketing runs the funnel. You run the call and own the follow-up until the deal closes.

What you'll do / scope

  • Run pre-set Zoom appointments with warm, qualified inbound leads from our funnel.
  • Deliver our dialed-in sales presentation. You won't be writing your own pitch.
  • Own follow-up on every deal until it closes or dies: structured, persistent, in our CRM.
  • Collect 3-6 months up front on $6-12k B2B contracts. Recurring monthly thereafter.
  • Feed product and marketing insights back to the team. We listen.

What we need / requirements

  • 3+ years closing high-ticket B2B. $5k+ contracts. You know the rhythm.
  • Proven track record of $150k+ annual earnings from closing.
  • Comfortable on Zoom and CRM. Slack-fluent. Organized follow-up.
  • You can talk the language of a business owner: P&L, CAC, LTV, pipeline.
  • You believe you can hit $200k+ here and have the receipts to back it.

  • Google PPC lead generation for real estate investors and wholesalers, done-for-you.
  • Funnel, ad management, and qualified motivated-seller leads, delivered exclusively.
  • $6-12k contracts. 3-6 months paid up front. Recurring monthly after.
  • 150+ active clients. Goal: 500. Bottleneck is closer capacity, not demand.

The buyer

  • Real estate wholesalers and investors running real businesses, doing real deals.
  • Already spending on marketing, usually mailers, cold-calling, or other agencies.
  • They come in warm. They've watched a VSL, read the offer, and booked themselves.

Compensation.
